Abigail Feldrihan has a Bachelor Degree from  De La Salle University.

She started her career in Saudi Arabia in NICU helping new born babies through their first days of life.  In 2009 Abigail landed to Canada and worked her way up from caregiver to home care managerial positions, in both private and government settings.

March 2024, Abigail founded Okocare, aiming to fill the staffing gaps  is Calgary South Rural.
